Autonation Pines service center is the worst! When I arrived, they could not find my appointment, which I thought was strange. I appreciate the free multipoint inspection with all positive check When I arrived, they could not find my appointment, which I thought was strange. I appreciate the free multipoint inspection with all positive check marks considering they wrote that all four of my tires were low on air, but all four were given positive check marks, and nothing was said to me. When my "advisor" called to let me know my car was ready, they failed to "advise" on any other problem with the car. So now I will have to make another appointment (with a different service department) to correct these problems. The cashier was very friendly. After I got home, I realized on the email that the reason they couldn't find my appointment is because they managed to put the appointment from my phone number, and my email address, into some man's name, even though I'm the first and only owner of my car. More
