Everything from things being taken from my vehicle to missed work that was said to have been completed. However, as a person that makes mistakes I've learned that its not about being perfect but how you recover and make up for your mistakes. We needed a small, used car for my wife to commute and drive around town. What we love about Autonation in general and this dealership in particular, is the transparency. From the time you research vehicles in their online inventory until you go and sign the papers, they tell you exactly what you are getting and what it will cost you. No games and endless back and forth with the goal of getting you to come on site and then upsell you. We saw what we liked online, got additional information by email and phone and arranged a test drive. Everybody we worked with was professional and friendly. We arrived and were greeted on time. There was no pressure, just information and they seemed genuinely interested to help us. Once we decided on a car, the financing and pickup process was surprisingly quick and painless. We drove off the lot with our car in less than an hour and some of that time was spent on the phone with my insurance, so not caused by the dealership. The car had been detailed and prepped for us, although we were a little disappointed that they had not replaced the wiper blades, which were falling apart. But this was the only negative we had with the entire transaction, so we did not make it an issue. We will definitely check in here again, next time we are in the market for a new or used vehicle.
