Terrible customer service. The salesperson had no clue on how to sell a car. No follow up. Had to call dealership to find out the outcome of my deal. Never recvd call from salesperson nor finance person on status on the deal. Had to call them to find out. It was just a overall horrible experience. No help from sales mgr neither. So sad that such a huge dealer like Autonation has this type of people working there. If it’s not a easy deal or if they can’t make an easy deal then your treated unfair. Overpriced vehicles also. Never again!! More

My fist experience with AutoNation Nissan was very good! I purchased my car over a year ago used at another dealership and have not had an issue since I bought it. I received a flyer in the mail from AutoNation for an oil change, filter and routine checkup for a reduced price. I called - made an appointment and was able to get in the same day. My service advisor was very pleasant and I will continue to used their service in the future. More

After checking in and waiting 20 minutes without any response from the advisors ready leave the dealer, I asked Nicole Farbman, advisor for the Service manager and my car keys, she ask me if she can hel response from the advisors ready leave the dealer, I asked Nicole Farbman, advisor for the Service manager and my car keys, she ask me if she can help me, she took care of the situation in a very professional and quickly manner. 10/10 for Nicole.
