Abel was really professional. The service just for oil change and maintenance takes for ever I got there 730 and left 935. It would be nice to get a tidy care. Felt ripped off and wasn't really provided an explanation as to why my service fees were so high. Waited 2 hours for an oil and air filter change. Horrible service at check out where I was left to fi as to why my service fees were so high. Waited 2 hours for an oil and air filter change. Horrible service at check out where I was left to find my own keys as another customer coming in became more important despite being in the middle of a transaction. My car was left idling for an excessive amount of time and was not in the same status as when I dropped it off; seats and mirrors changed and air on full blast. Normally not an issue but gas isn't exactly cheap anymore and a basic Valet service returns your car in the same way it was dropped off. Won't be going back to Autonation. Didn't feel I was worth my reps time and didn't feel care was placed in my vehicle. More

And let me tell you the waiting isn't bad at all, the environment feels clean and open giving me space to sit back and relax a little before continuing on with my day. The customer representative are wonderful! ! But the wait is unrealistic, was told an hour in half and waited over 3 hours. Hopefully they will be able to employ more people so service could be !
