I was on a Teams work meeting when Eric called and he knew it by the sound of my voice and said hey just call me back when you're free without me having to do so. I thought that was cool of him to notice. It was getting close to the end of my day and I had promised to call back and I'm glad I did. We agreed on a number over the phone and I was on my way within the hour. I even had a great time with my finance guy Angel. There was a hiccup with my credit union but they worked with me to make sure I was on my way with my new car. Thanks guys. More

Review – Porsche Cayenne Turbo Purchase This is a tough review to write because my experience at the dealership was very mixed. Some people were excellent, while others made the process frustrating a tough review to write because my experience at the dealership was very mixed. Some people were excellent, while others made the process frustrating and disappointing. ⭐ 1 Star – Management (Eric Yun) Extremely disappointing experience with Eric Yun. I left four messages and never received a single callback. On top of that, staff wouldn’t allow me to speak with him directly. Not having access to a decision-maker made the process unnecessarily difficult. Communication from management was essentially nonexistent. ⭐ 1 Star – Vehicle Delivery I drove off the lot only to realize the gas tank was basically empty while already on the highway. That’s a basic expectation when purchasing a vehicle—especially from a dealership. This felt like a lack of attention to customer experience. ⭐ 1 Star – Pricing Transparency The vehicle was listed online at a certain price for several days. On the day of purchase, I was told the price was actually $5,000 higher. I had a printout of the listed price, and after some back and forth, the finance manager honored it—but this should have never been an issue. Listing one price and trying to change it at signing reflects poorly on the dealership. ⭐ 1 Star – Vehicle Condition / Disclosure The car had dash error messages related to the headlight projectors. I was told I could “buy it and return it within 5 days” if I didn’t like it—essentially putting the burden on me. Later, I learned the headlights had already been replaced during inspection, meaning the dealership was aware of the issue and either didn’t resolve it or didn’t properly clear the error. That lack of transparency is concerning. ⭐ 5 Stars – Tabby & David Tabby and David were outstanding. They went above and beyond—answered all my questions, made the process smooth, and even helped me get to the bank for a cashier’s check (which they absolutely didn’t have to do). They are the reason this experience wasn’t a complete negative. ⭐ 5 Stars – Finance Manager Unfortunately, I don’t recall his name, but the finance manager was excellent. Efficient, professional, and respectful of my time. The paperwork process was quick and painless. Overall: Great experience with the sales staff, but significant issues with management, pricing transparency, and vehicle prep. There’s clear inconsistency in how this dealership operates depending on who you deal with. More
