I bought a Ford F-250 from autnonation Honda on December 27 2020, not even 2 months later it broke down, I bought a $3,000 power train warranty, in case it broke down. Which it did, towed it to autonation 27 2020, not even 2 months later it broke down, I bought a $3,000 power train warranty, in case it broke down. Which it did, towed it to autonation service, because my deductible is only $100 if autonation fixes it. It was the turbo that went out and $31,000 worth of other things that was wrong with the truck! I was sold a LEMON!!! To which autonation service center claimed they could not work on my truck because it was too big to fit in their service garage!! So after paying $150 to have it towed there, I had to have it towed from there to Ford, to have it fixed because autonation claimed they couldn’t handle the job. Ok, then I found out about the 31,000$ worth of repairs and the turbo being the main one the warranty that I bought through automation! Refuses to fix my turbo even tho it is a covered repair. Now I am stuck with a truck that DOES NOT RUN, with 31,000$ worth of repairs, and I finally decided to go back to autonation to demand I be put in a different truck, to which they tell me, that they will only give me 3,000 for the truck as a trade in, and I would have to pay $10,000 down to recieve another vehicle otherwise I am xxxxED. Which came out of an autonation employees mouth!! So here I am, stuck with a truck that i haven’t even drove 100 miles yet before it broke down on me, which is purchased from autonation and I am 15,000$ in the hole, with a large yard ornament no vehicle to get to work or do anything with and they refuse to help me at all and they sold me the vehicle, and won’t put me in another without having 10,000$ down payment!! This is the most unprofessional business I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with and I am absolutely devastated for I have ruined any chance of getting in another vehicle because they refuse to give me any help and have taken advantage of my young age and the fact that I being a woman with very little experience buying vehicles they’ve ruined my life. Now I have no other way to get a vehicle and I am ruined. THANKS TO AUTONATION! So before deciding to make a purchase through this place make sure you don’t!!! Don’t be taken advantage of like I have. They have ruined my life and have NO REMOURSE ABOUT DOING SO!!! I am walking everywhere, can’t go to work, can’t make it to the store, I don’t have family or friends to lend me rides everywhere I go, my truck has been in the shop for 2 months now and they have now decided not to fix it. I wish I would have NEVER WENT TO AUTONATION BECAUSE MY LIFE HAS BEEN RUINED BY THEM!!!!! More
My sales man was awesome. The only issue I had was I already had my financial company I was going through which was my credit union. I was Informed by Mr. Mike that he could get me a better deal I stat already had my financial company I was going through which was my credit union. Mr. Mike took it upon his self to run my credit through four different banks anyway. I have emailed and left messages concerning this and have yet to receive a callback again my salesman was awesome. Don't stand behind their products. Drive an already damaged car causing further damage on a clutch that shouldn't be driven. Then they call someone who makes no decisions about the car despite having m damaged car causing further damage on a clutch that shouldn't be driven. Then they call someone who makes no decisions about the car despite having my phone number from me, the tow company that towed it and the person they called. Threaten to charge storage fees for my vehicle despite the service manager stating he would reach out to honda for me to see what could be done. Multiple employees telling me that the damage they found wasn't caused by me, but the second I reached out to hinda myself all of a sudden the clutch is burnt out but they never informed me of this damage. Mistyped my address and wouldn't release my tag Its been over 30 days waiting on my tag. Talked to the finance guy Chris before I went on military leave to Florida. He informed me he would call me with the tag once its delivered to the dealership. Talked to the tag office in the dealership 2 weeks later on leave to find out it was mailed to my house with the wrong apartment #??!?!?! How the xxxx they got this wrong is beyond me. My address is on my drivers license. I'm an active duty Sergeant First Class working on Fort Benning and absolutely cannot drive with an expired tag per not only Georgia law but the military will make you park your car on base and face the consequences. Horrible service clear cross the board. Unprofessional soon as you sign your name. I'm only satisfied because the car is new. Thank God my boyfriend was there to talk the price. Get pre financed prior to going up there. They are a horrible business and doesn't represent Honda's name at all. More
