Hello.. My name is Kori Butts and I came in on yesterday 10/21....for an oil change for the 1st time.. Got home my alarm would not set, got to wrk this morning , the alarm still wouldn't set ..and a soldier 10/21....for an oil change for the 1st time.. Got home my alarm would not set, got to wrk this morning , the alarm still wouldn't set ..and a soldier had to help me.. come to find out the xxxx hood was still up and traveled highway yesterday and this morning to Ft Benning ... 12 exits later... I recommend that before you leave make sure your hood is closed and that your alarm sounds... My car was trying to signal to me through the alarm that something was wrong.... Always listen.... I brought a 2019 Civic into the service dept for warranty work on the CV Axle and T and WILL buy my next vehicle from AutoNation Honda of Columbus! I brought a 2019 Civic into the service dept for warranty work on the CV Axle and Trevor Caudle wasted absolutely NO time. He got the warranty information I requested, had the shop take a look at everything, ordered the parts I needed, and had the repairs scheduled when I would be in town! All this in 30 minutes or less. Excellent customer service! Very Prompt, Diligent, and thorough which are qualities that are impossible to find these days. Almost as hard as finding someone that wants to work and theres a-lot to be said about a person that shows up and takes pride in their work. I will definitely be using this dealership for all future purchases, routine maintenance, and warranty work or repairs all because of this one person doing an exceptional job, efficiently. More
