I had recently purchased a 2020 Honda Sedan back in February. I had to take it back a couple of times due to the rotors. My advisor Trevor Caudle was fantastic every time. The last time I took my Honda February. I had to take it back a couple of times due to the rotors. My advisor Trevor Caudle was fantastic every time. The last time I took my Honda in my salesperson JaMorris was awesome he help me with the process of selling my Honda back to the dealership and putting me in another car. I have to say my experience from my service advisor, Trevor, to the entire team that JaMorris Ford is a part of was great. More
I went to the dealership to get an oil change and other services done to my car in September. However, in December, I found out that it was not done correctly. Unfortunately, I had to get a starter becau services done to my car in September. However, in December, I found out that it was not done correctly. Unfortunately, I had to get a starter because there was some evidence that oil leaked onto the starter to cause it to stop working. I did take the car back to the dealership and they did corrected the oil leak problem without charging me. To be honest, I was disappoint because I really started to feel comfortable and trust mechanics to work on the car. In the past, I had bad dealings with mechanics charging and adding extra service that cost a lot of money that I did not need. I understand that we all make mistakes and honesty I forgave them. I hope and pray that they make sure that all their services/parts are done correctly before they release the car to their owners. More
