I must say that I have had one of the worst experiences with this dealership. I referred 3 car buyers to this dealership in December, 2023, and was told by the salesperson (by the name Jennifer) that I with this dealership. I referred 3 car buyers to this dealership in December, 2023, and was told by the salesperson (by the name Jennifer) that I would receive a $500 referral fee, which was never paid to me. During my many follow-ups with Jennifer, all I heard was that she would follow up and get back to me, but I just heard nothing back from her. During my last text message to her, she simply told me not to contact her anymore. I then contacted the general manager (by the name Chase) and he told me that there would be a check cut from the corporate which was just an empty promise that never came to fruition. So, in a word, I was lied to about the $500 referral payment. This dealership only cares about getting referrals and making their sales, while having no concern whatsoever about treating people right. My referrals helped them make three car sales, but I was then treated with neglect and rudeness after all the sales were completed. What happened to their business ethics? Clearly, it does not exist. I would caution anyone who is even thinking about buying a car from this place to think twice, unless you want to deal with unethical and dishonest people. To say I was highly disappointed with this dealership would be an understatement. One thing for sure, I will never refer anyone that I know to them, nor will I ever buy a car from this place. More

They "failed" to tell me about a coupon in my car handbook that would give me 2 years of free service or 24,000 (which ever comes first). But I was sold 4 years of service in advance of me finding th handbook that would give me 2 years of free service or 24,000 (which ever comes first). But I was sold 4 years of service in advance of me finding that coupon. I might have made a different decision had I known about the free service available. I do have the option of getting my money back on the purchase, but it is a hassle. Still waiting to hear if there is any negotiating about a different arrangement - keeping the 4 years of service and forfetting the free 2 years and them installing a mirror with a garage door opener that I was disappointed to learn I didn't have on this car. More
