From sales to finance everything was initially smooth, had a slight bump in the road transferring information on the paperwork which caused delays and made us feel profiled due to a mistake on their end. had a slight bump in the road transferring information on the paperwork which caused delays and made us feel profiled due to a mistake on their end. The brand new car we purchased is now making a sound they can’t figure out where it’s coming from. Spent 2 days with it there and got it back the same. Debating if I just deal with the noise or take it back and leave it for them to figure out. I will say Chase has been phenomenal and Terry will take care of you! More
