Very good experience as usual. I really appreciated them arranging and paying for my transport to and from my work location while I was waiting on my car to be serviced. Their usual shuttle service was unavailable, so they still met my needs with that extra effort in customer service. My car (a 2019 Honda Accord Sport with less than 24,000 miles on it) was wrecked during servicing on 12/03/22 by a AutoNation Honda of Columbus employee. The service manager told me the car fell off of a l miles on it) was wrecked during servicing on 12/03/22 by a AutoNation Honda of Columbus employee. The service manager told me the car fell off of a lift and hit a brick wall.They moved the car without allowing me to see it at the scene of the accident (tampering with evidence; 3rd degree felony). They did not report the accident to the police. I’ve asked multiple times now for a copy of their internal incident report and have not received a response (concealing evidence; 3rd degree felony). I filed a police report on the night of the wreck. I received a message on 12/12/22 asking me to reach out to the GM to resolve all of my many concerns around this. I called and didn’t get an answer. I left a message and my call has not been returned as of today 12/15/22. More
