I paid for an oil change and for my tires to be rotated, in which according to customer service, only three were rotated. In my heart I do not believe any tires were rotated but I do not have proof. After I called back to report my right front tire had not been rotated, this when I was told only three needed to be rotated and that is why all four wasn't. I knew my front tire had not been changed because the rim had a previously mark on it when I brought the vehicle in. Now I have trust issues and will monitor my vehicle next time it is brought in for service. I hate paying for a service and not being completely satisfied with the results. Trevor was awesome about keeping me updated on my vehicle and checking with the service department about my complaint. However, I never heard of three tires being rotated when I paid for all four to be rotated. Had I not made a complaint, I would have never found out about it. More
