Before purchase of vehicle a hood fitment issue was brought up to my Salesman where I received misleading photos and he assured me that there was no visible gap or hood fitment issues. After purchase brought up to my Salesman where I received misleading photos and he assured me that there was no visible gap or hood fitment issues. After purchase of this vehicle, it was agreed that it would be delivered by an AutoNation representative driver after paying $1,111.25 for a vehicle transport fee. After several delays that were found to not be valid, the vehicle was instead set to be delivered via flatbed on a truck without my permission. After several more delays without proper communication I finally received a vehicle that was delivered on an empty tank of gas, dirty inside and out, and without any temporary dealer plates. It was also apparent I had been completely deceived regarding the hood and side fender fitment issues as the gaps are predominantly visible. The next morning after delivery I discovered a foul smell coming from the exhaust accompanied by a check engine code on the dash. After taking it in for service at a nearby Autonation location it was discovered that repair costs was estimated to be $418.65. I was informed that the warranty claim was denied and I was now held responsible for the repair bill. More

On a road trip with Grandchildren. Cat started to run hot. Trevor, Woo and Lowe were great especially Trevor. He kept me updated on progress and had a shuttle for me to hotel. However, I brought my car in because of a traction control and brake light problem. They both are off now and supposedly I have a new brake master cylinder. Will be taking it to a private mechanic for further inspection. My tire pressure light was on too, but they did not put air in my tire. I did not mention it, but assumed it would be a courtesy thing. My Honda Ridgeline had an oil change and new oil filter was not tightened enough. Had to wait over 5 hours to get truck towed in, since oil leak was rapid. I have large oil spilled in my garage.
