I went in for my complimentary oil change since I bought my car from there, and come to find my brake pads and rotors went bad. I had asked why they didn’t warn me before on my previous oil change there sin my car from there, and come to find my brake pads and rotors went bad. I had asked why they didn’t warn me before on my previous oil change there since it was only 3 months prior and they didn’t have an answer. I was told over the phone that I would get a lifetime warranty on my brake pads which I was surprised about, but then recalling in speaking to numerous different reps they had told me that was not true. The staff there was kinda rude and really didn’t seem to want to help and more wanted to try to get us out as soon as possible. Overall I am happy it was my last oil change and I probably won’t be returning. More

I had a terrible experience with the after-purchase customer care at this dealership. The sales team didn't disclose serious mechanical issues with the vehicle before the sale, and it required costly r customer care at this dealership. The sales team didn't disclose serious mechanical issues with the vehicle before the sale, and it required costly repairs within days of purchase. I tried to contact the dealership multiple times via email and phone but received no response. When I finally told them I would go there in person, the salesperson assured me that the manager would reach out, but they never did. I will never purchase from this dealership again and want to warn others to be careful when dealing with them. Be warned - Buyer Beware! More

The sales team is good and getting vehicle at MSRP. But the service department not so much. Went for an oil change and tire rotation and the auto mechanics did not put my skid back on correctly. Also never did my tire rotation after paying for it. Went back to fix the skid plate and inquired why they never did my tire rotation and said simply forgot. After getting tire rotation and getting home one of my tire lug nuts was never put back on my vehicle. More
