I TOLD HIM WHAT EXACTLY I WANTED FROM SIZE OF VEHICLE, TOO COLOR INSIDE & OUT, TOO FEATURES I REQUIRED, NEEDED, WANTED. AND, BEST OF ALL HAYDEN AS MY SALES REPRESENTATIVE. HE SHOWED ME THAT HE LISTENED TOO AND HEARD MY REQUEST & REMEMBERED THEM ALL. HE DID NOT OVER PROMISE ANYTHING. KEEP HIM - HE IS THE FUTUREOF POLITENESS! DEE WAS VERY NICE TO US AS WELL & HELPFUL TO HAYDEN FOR HIS FIRST DAY. NICK SPOKE TO FAST FOR ME, BUT HE IS PERSONABLE & HE OWES ME A PAPER COPY OF THE CONTRACT, EMAIL VERSION NOT LEGIBLE. I WILL SEE HIM SOON TO GET THAT, THE FULL SIZE SPARE TIRE, AND A LESSON WITH THE ELCTRONIC SETUP ON THE DISPLAY. I AM THE KIND OF PERSON THAT DESPISES LYING AND RUDENESS FROM ANYONE! I DID NOT SEE THAT HAPPENING AT THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL. I TOOK A GOOD LOOK AROUND AT ANY ONE I KNEW WAS AN EMPLOYEE AND SAW SMILES ALL AROUND. THAT IS WHAT A CUSTOMER SHOULD SEE MOST OF THE TIME. I WILL PASS ON THE COURTESY I RECEIVED TO FAMILY & FRIENDS. DON'T LET ME DOWN. :) THE MORE GOOD THINGS I HEAR ABOUT AUTONATION FORD DEALERSHIP IN LITTLETON, CO. THE MORE I WILL RECOMMEND THEM. absolute scam artists. left my truck we thought we were trading in for a couple weeks to let the deal go through, went to go pick my truck back up after they had the keys a left my truck we thought we were trading in for a couple weeks to let the deal go through, went to go pick my truck back up after they had the keys and truck in their possesion they stole a sub and a autostart key fob out of the truck. i see they need to make a couple extra bucks by stealing out of my vehicle and pretending like they didnt know it was in there, michael was an absolute xxx to deal with, when confronted with the issue they "generously" offered the same amounbt to buy it even with it missing the subs. no offer to make it right. there were no broken windows or any sign of a break in. so how did a very large box sub walk out of the truck? i just wanted things to be right and yet im looked at like a xxx for wanting to have things made right. taking it up with the dealer board just to get something that belonged in my vehicle before they gave it back ( they are supposed to give you the vehicle back in the same condition they took it in as) they said no proof but yet there is now a cut wire in the back of the truck... michael you are a true hero to america, robbing families. innocent mothers hope youre proud More

I dropped my truck off because it was having trouble starting. It looked like there was too much oil from my last oil change. I had them do an oil change. They realized that my battery needed to be repl starting. It looked like there was too much oil from my last oil change. I had them do an oil change. They realized that my battery needed to be replaced. They changed out the battery and changed the oil right away. I was able to pick my truck up that afternoon. More
