People were friendly. Took 4 weeks just to complete service. 1 week ordered part, was told they would call when arrived, never contacted after part arrived. First attempt, technician wouldn't work on it for 3 days, and no loaner cars so I have to pay for a rental each day(not covered). 2nd attempt they stated they would call Monday, nobody called. Wednesday service was completed, but technician left interior trim panels loose, now rattling around, and outside of car was also left damaged. Terrible communication and vehicle was left in worse condition. Was told twice we would be called if the warranty would cover the rental. Nobody has called or reached back out to us. Only good thing is the service and part were covered under warranty. More

Very disappointed. Had appointment for only an oil change at 2:30 and did not leave until after hours at 5:30pm. Went in for my usual oil change. Had an 8am appt and I was greeted and helped promptly. Now I don't have to worry about it and don't need a second appt just for that. More
