Purchase process was pretty easy, and the test drive set up was simple. I am still waiting for delivery, will be 2 weeks since purchase before I get the vehicle. They did what they were supposed to do to fix the car but it definitely felt like they were pushing me to do alot more with the car to get a extra charge. The sales person, Jason was our first point of contact when we initially called to ask about available stock for F250 Tremor. When we arrived at the dealership later that morning, he was there to greet us and had the truck ready to look over and test drive. He admitted to being new on the job and was upfront about needing to ask for help when he was unsure about answering a question or two. He was honest and very personable. He is definitely an asset to the company! We paid cash and were allowed to use two credit cards and a personal check! The entire process seemed too long for a cash purchase and very tedious. 4-5 hrs is too long in our opinion…and too much paperwork for a cash purchase…! More
