I usually service my truck at Ford (Quick Lane). My indicator telling me it was time to change my oil came on so I thought i'd take my chances on a walk in appointment. They took me in and told me it would be a couple hour wait. The service advisor and asked me if I wanted a tire rotation and I responded yes. My truck was finally ready and I went to pay the bill and was surprised to see the total was $176.68! Usually at Quick Lane the total is around $100+/-. I looked through the invoice and noticed that I was charged $29.95 for the tire rotation (I was never informed of the price and expected it to be a free service as it is with Quick Lane or Discount Tire)!!! I would have said NO if i knew it was a CHARGED extra... My truck was pulled around and I opened the door to fine the plastic seat cover/paper floor mat/dash tag still in the vehicle. There was no trash can near so I took it all out of my truck and placed it on the ground for them to dispose of it. Thank you for the convenience of getting me in as a walk in customer, but shame on you for OVER charging me. More

Made an appointment to have vehicle serviced, after not hearing anything for a week and half I called to see what was going on. They said they would have their technician look at the vehicle to try and dia hearing anything for a week and half I called to see what was going on. They said they would have their technician look at the vehicle to try and diagnose the problem. A week and a half and they hadn’t even looked at the vehicle, what is the point of an appointment. They had the vehicle for just under three weeks, to do some fluid changes and replace sway bars. When I picked up the vehicle is wasn’t washed, which I thought they might have done since they had it for so long. Luck I have other cars to drive, if this was my only car and I had to get a rental for the entire time, I’d be pissed. Will not be returning More
