This dealership is a joke! !!!! First, I schedule my appointment for an oil change over 1 week in advance for an early Monday morning time. Friday afternoon I get the message !!!! First, I schedule my appointment for an oil change over 1 week in advance for an early Monday morning time. Friday afternoon I get the message "for reasons beyond our control, you will need to reschedule your appointment". I call back within minutes of receiving this message and I leave a message for a return call. Guess what, no return call for 3 days. I have to call an reschedule the appointment. Second, I bring the truck in at the scheduled time and leave it. I request that the service be done by 1:30. No problem the Service Manager says. I show up at 1:30 and my truck hasn't been touched!!!! The Service Manager says that my work ticket was under some boxes in the service area and no mechanic saw it. This is an oil change, not brain surgery!!! Third, this is the second time that I have dropped my truck off at this dealership and they failed to even start work on my truck before I arrived to pick it up. Absolutely unconscionable. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER TRUCK FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AND I WILL NEVER HAVE THEM SERVICE MY TRUCK AGAIN!!! More

Don't Know Who the Service Manager Was

Our check engine light on our brand new Bronco came on and when we called we were told to bring it right over because they considered this and emergency. We brought the vehicle over and they said to leave and when we called we were told to bring it right over because they considered this and emergency. We brought the vehicle over and they said to leave it and they would get to it with in 3 days. 4 days went by and they still hadn't looked at the vehicle. We said we needed our vehicle back and within an hour they looked at it and supposedly determined the issue. They ordered the part (a whole different story) and once they received it we dropped the vehicle off for repairs. After receiving the vehicle, 2 days later the check engine light came back on. We have taken the vehicle to a different dealership for warranty repairs and will not be returning to this AutoNation location for any future repairs or business. More

Too bad there is not a zero star rating. I had a purchase worksheet in hand and awaiting a revision to be emailed to me so that I could sign and make a down payment for a vehicle that I spen I had a purchase worksheet in hand and awaiting a revision to be emailed to me so that I could sign and make a down payment for a vehicle that I spent much time researching. Arrangements had been made to complete the purchase at a local dealership here in my area in Texas and I had been granted special approval by the GM to fly up and pickup the car on Monday, August 7th. Then to my complete surprise I received a voice mail message today that the car was sold that same afternoon to someone who walked into the dealership! It was sold out from under me within hours! Who does that? A reputable dealership would never allow that to occur. Unacceptable. You state that you "strive to maintain excellent business relations...", but that was unfortunately not my experience... not even close. Please do not reply with your canned response: "call the General Manager at (303) 578-6106 to discuss ways you can work towards resolving this issue to your satisfaction. We look forward to hearing from you soon." You sold the car that I was in the middle of purchasing. Wow! Potential customers...do business with these guys at your own risk. More

I had a TERRIBLE experience with Ford's online experience and was prepared to cancel my order. Then, I visited the AutoNation dealership in person. Jake was apologetic and calmly walked me through my options and was prepared to cancel my order. Then, I visited the AutoNation dealership in person. Jake was apologetic and calmly walked me through my options with NO JUDGEMENT and UNDERSTANDING. He listened, explained and then showed me my vehicle (which was amazing!). FORD online was awful, however, the staff at AutoNation more than compensated for that experience. I have purchased multiple cars over the last 30 years - this was the best experience hands down. More
