Worst experience ever, starting with when I picked up my vehicle. The windshield wiper fluid wouldn't work when I picked up the vehicle and it took six months to get fixed. Over the six months to get it fixed the first part ordered was not the fix and another was required. The service rep left and I was not called, had to check up with the service department myself. Found out the last part ordered was lost and the process was started again. The same things happened, nothing was learned from what I assume would be a status report on the repare. In the past I have had excellent service here on my Explorer that went 368,000 miles. But no one from that time is left and I will not be dealing with you again. More

New tires were purchased at AutoNation Ford Littleton on 7 Nov 2020 at 72,147 miles. All previous tires over the vehicle's life have been purchased there with no problems. From day one with this set 1 tir 7 Nov 2020 at 72,147 miles. All previous tires over the vehicle's life have been purchased there with no problems. From day one with this set 1 tire lost 1 psi per day, one tire lost 1/2 psi per day, and a third lost 2 psi per week. The 4th tire had no loss. Having to add air twice a week was a pain. This never changed. Of course, if the ambient temperature had a big swing, the loss was reflecting it. Every time I brought it in for service, no reason for this leakage was found. After only 16,000 in 29 months as it was difficult to drive the vehicle consistently, we agreed that I would receive one new tire free, and pay for the other three. That was 13 April, 2023 at 88,334 miles. Since then we have put over 6,000 miles on the car, and have never had to add any pressure to any of the tires. One big reason for buying tires there is the free rotation every oil change. At the last oil change Shawn Broussard said free rotation is no longer offered, although he gave it to me then as a courtesy. This policy change combined with the inability to find or fix an obvious tire problem will cause me to buy tires elsewhere in the future. Adam Solano told me several times that he did not have the equipment to find a subtle problem, and I should go to Discount Tires. More

I did noline research, found that Autonation Ford had better inventory in the Ford Edge than other dealershops, and had the specific model we wanted, so we stopped in. Axel met us and was immediately responsive to our request for a test drive and trade-in assessment. We liked the car and sat down to look at the numbers. It took longer than we would have liked to get the deal done, but we were treated very courteously and respectfully. The next day, I had some questions/concerns and returned to the dealership. Kirk, the Sales Manager on duty, and I went into an office and I reviewed the list. He was extremely gracious and helpful, went the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied with the sales experience, and initiated a warm hand-off to the Financing Director. Charlie was every bit as gracious and helpful, made a revision to the final deal that made me very happy, and ensured my satisfaction. There was a scratch that they also took care of and provided a loaner so I didn't have to adjust my schedule by cancelling appointments. The whole Autonation team contributed to ensuring we were happy doing business with them -- Jake helped me with the Ford Pass app, Robert helped with the CarPlay app, and the Parts team was very helpful with accessories. We are very happy with our purchase and the Autonation Ford team's commitment to customer satisfaction before/during/after the sale. Thanks! More
