I had a TERRIBLE experience with Ford's online experience and was prepared to cancel my order. Then, I visited the AutoNation dealership in person. Jake was apologetic and calmly walked me through my options and was prepared to cancel my order. Then, I visited the AutoNation dealership in person. Jake was apologetic and calmly walked me through my options with NO JUDGEMENT and UNDERSTANDING. He listened, explained and then showed me my vehicle (which was amazing!). FORD online was awful, however, the staff at AutoNation more than compensated for that experience. I have purchased multiple cars over the last 30 years - this was the best experience hands down.
