Took my Mustang in because it was leaking oil, after an oil change and a recall, I got the car back only to still be leaving a spot of oil in the garage. I was told when I picked the car up the previous oi oil change and a recall, I got the car back only to still be leaving a spot of oil in the garage. I was told when I picked the car up the previous oil was residual oil from a prior oil change. I had no information about the work being done on the car until I got a text message telling me that it was ready for pickup. Now there is an airbag display on the dash. More

First, let me start by just letting everyone know that AutoNation Ford Littleton has a 1.5 star and F rating from the Better Business Bureau so BUYERS BEWARE! If I could rate them 0 stars I absolutely AutoNation Ford Littleton has a 1.5 star and F rating from the Better Business Bureau so BUYERS BEWARE! If I could rate them 0 stars I absolutely would! Let me give you a list of people you definitely DONT want to work with here: 1. Robert Turic (car salesman) 2. Michael Palermo (used car manager) 3. Axel (car salesman) To start, I had been in contact with Robert about a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee they had in stock. On the evening of July 7 I had an appointment with Robert to test drive the vehicle. When I arrived he instantly passed me off to Axel because he was leaving early. People have lives outside of work, so I was understanding. The car had just been traded in the night before so had not yet gone through detail or maintenance so I chose to look past the awful interior, check engine light, and nail in the front drivers side tire. After the test drive and Axel giving his word that they’d have all the imperfections fixed within 3-7 business days, I decided to put down a deposit and sign a LEGALLY BINDING document with the final figure for the cost of the car. Long story short, it’s 3 weeks later and I’ve been told that the Jeep was ready 4 TIMES, to no avail. Not to mention, in order to get ANY update I had to reach out to Robert myself, with him either not responding or having some excuse as to why he’d left early that day or didn’t have an update. At one point during this whole debacle I was told that the vehicle had been sold wholesale because of all the damage. Now cue Michaels entrance… I think to myself FINALLY, after 3 weeks a manager is getting involved but alas, it was just to tell me the car WASNT ready again because he didn’t want his poor sweet Robert (he’s not poor or sweet) to have to tell me for 4th time. Skip to today, finally go to pick up the car, everything’s looking good. Then, we sit down and look over the numbers and they try to jack up the price another $700 after I had already signed that LEGALLY BINDING document but they continue to tell me “It’s out of our hands. There’s nothing we can do to change the price”. In conclusion, this place nor the people that work in it have any respect for their customers and their word doesn’t mean JACK! More
