Excellent 60k service on my Ford Escape. Jason was extremely helpful. First time ever I’ve received photos of work in progress. Even had a ride home and back to dealer later. This ended up being a complete waste of time for me. Very disappointed with my experience at AutoNation Ford Littleton. I recently tried to purchase a 2025 Mustang Mach‑E GT, but the process quickly bec Very disappointed with my experience at AutoNation Ford Littleton. I recently tried to purchase a 2025 Mustang Mach‑E GT, but the process quickly became frustrating. My financing had already been fully approved through Ford Credit, yet I was still told I needed to complete another credit application so my information could be sent to additional lenders. I didn’t request that, and it wasn’t clear why it was necessary when my financing was already secured. For shoppers in Colorado, it’s helpful to know that you can decline additional credit applications when you already have approved financing. It’s reasonable to ask for clear explanations before authorizing anything involving your credit. When I asked for written clarification, I never received a response. At that point, I walked away and purchased a 2026 Tesla Model Y instead. I completed the entire purchase from my cell phone through the Tesla app — no extra paperwork, no pressure, and a very transparent process from start to finish. My experience may not reflect everyone’s, but I recommend asking direct questions about how your credit information will be handled before moving forward. More

Arguably the best car buying experience I’ve had. Both my salesman & finance manager were great to work with. They took time to understand what I was looking for and left it at that.
