Had a good experience at AutoNation Ford with service to my truck. Just recently bought a new truck and need some things fixed on it. Randall took care of me. Waited 1 hour for express oil change! Then was told after waiting a hour that they didn’t have oil filter needed for my car. This was my 2nd attempt to get oil changed. When I talked to manager, he didn’t really seem to care. Will be canceling my protection plan. Definitely not an express oil change. Stay away from service dept! More
