My 2021 F-150 was dropped off around 9am and I didn’t get not one call or text, if I didn’t make the attempt to get an update they wouldn’t have called. So I called around 2:50 and someone said Dustin my ser not one call or text, if I didn’t make the attempt to get an update they wouldn’t have called. So I called around 2:50 and someone said Dustin my service advisor was at lunch so I called back around 6pm bc I still hadn’t heard back he then tells me he was “just about to call me but I beat him to it first” then tells me that they were going to need the vehicle additional time to get the car serviced bc they didn’t have time to address my check engine light all they looked into was the rattle that I complained about coming from my passenger side. He then said that was bc my 4x4 button was on and they turned it off. So what did they do after the turned the button off? NOTHING they didn’t look at my car at all. I work at another car dealership and don’t have the time to bring my vehicle over and over again I certainly don’t like my time being wasted. I spoke to the manager and he said they were a “specialized center” that they have specific techs for certain things…my xxx I know when someone lacks a doing their job when I hear it. Not only did I receive poor service my truck still rattles and I still don’t know what’s going on with the check engine light. TERRIBLE SERVICE. The GM is more than welcome to call me to address this issue. More
I moved to Katy last year and went into AutoNation to have my scheduled oil/filter change done on my 2019 F-150. Whilst there, I got talking to Marcos Yanez about a potential upgrade and ended up taking a 2023 F-150 PowerBoost for a drive. The way Marcos conducted himself and his overall knowledge of the vehicle and Ford's work processes were a significant contributor to me driving out of the dealership in my brand new F Truck 24hrs later. I highly recommend Marcos to anyone considering a new (or used) vehicle. He is completely genuine and not once did I feel pressure from him to make the sale. Love my new truck too! More

Even though the key failed in a less than six year old vehicle. No help form ford.... My advisor helped me stay calm and pointed out the better coffee by the sales floor. More

When I buy a certified car I expect that all auto parts (electrical, engine and any other) are in good condition or have been replaced with new ones. I'm only 20 days old with a certified car and I've fou (electrical, engine and any other) are in good condition or have been replaced with new ones. I'm only 20 days old with a certified car and I've found a…only ONE part that should be brought back in top condition, but the staff at the Ford dealer says I need to buy it. Why do they sell a certified car and then act like I bought it in the condition it was in and that they wouldn't answer for anything?. More
