We went to this place to purchase/finance a truck. In the beginning the customer service skills were there. But first I asked my husband to take a look if this place, my daughter came along, we find In the beginning the customer service skills were there. But first I asked my husband to take a look if this place, my daughter came along, we find a car then we find a sales rep, Justino was there to help us with the process. After the required documentation I was assure that my income will be sufficient to move the financial process than a few days later they informed me that they run my credit, WITHOUT MY CONSENT, I specifically told them that I didn't want to. Justino was working with Jaime his direct supervisor and he was the one that informed me about it. We decided not to pursue with the purchase since there was something fishy about their sales strategies that. I finally decided to talked to Jaime and ler confront him about the situation were I didn't give a consent for running my credit. He said that he was not there during our conversation and he was not aware of Justino sales fishy strategies. I told him that I will make sure that my experience will be on Google reviews which he immediately ask me not to mention his name, I said if you are in Justino team you are very aware of his actions so now you will need to face the consequences. I WILL GIVE THIS PLACE A 0 STARS IF I COULD, BUT FOUND ANOTHER PLACE WERE YOU CAN FIND GOOD SALES REPRESENTATIVES WHO RESPECT YOUR REQUEST AND DONT SEEM TO BE IGNORED... RUN FROM THEM WHILE YOU CAN.
