Was met promptly and directed to my service manager. The service manager was very rude. He hadn’t looked at my vehicle and was already quoting me prices. My sunroof won’t retract I think something may be blocking it from moving back and forth from everything we have looked at using google. Very disappointed. We bought our last 3 cars at auto nation and are due for a lease turn in very soon. We will be going elsewhere due to poor service. They are just to big with that big car dealership feel we want something more personable. More
