Update I called and left a message for the GM. I did get a call back from Steven Medsger. He said he would look into my situation can call me back. This was mid last week. Zero response since then. As of now I have spoke to Chase bank the lender, Dun and Bradstreet and All three credit bureaus. They all said that Auto Nation Ford Katy wrote up and summited the auto loan incorrectly. Long story short: I'm currently paying twice as much interest on the auto loan. Info is not being reported accurately to the credit bureau which is reducing my credit score. All the errors are prohibiting me from obtaining a new home mortgage.
