My salesperson was great every step of the way and went beyond and above with my requests for the online purchases. The on-line experience was easy in most cases, except some on line forms could not be completed because of on-line system glitches and unexplainable error messages (like not accepting my name inputs-making completion of the on-line form impossible). I only have one correct name. I had to download pdf hard copy and send express mail. A few other things that would improve the process would be to use the image of the truck for sale, rather than stock images from Ford, on your web site. This is because the vehicle color was incorrect and the wheels were incorrect on your web site, creating some misrepresentation of the actual vehicle. One other concern, was your privacy statement, which suggested you could divulge any information (including my social security number) to a third party for MARKETING PURPOSES. I think this would be against the law and you should correct this statement in your policy, as there is no way of rejecting this and completing the process. Your link to your full privacy policy in the form is broken; so there is no way of evaluating what you are agreeing to..?? Otherwise, my experience was fine. If you correct these items, I think I could recommend you to others. More

Everyone was courteous and provided the available trucks that fit my list of specs. Appreciated the up front pricing, but yet they were willing to negotiate some of the items I deemed unnecessary. The dealer add-ons of window tint and spray in bed liner were a big plus. However, the appearance packages (approx $1200) were an immediate turn off. Estimate of trade-in was fast and reasonable. Overall, the best truck buying experience that I have ever had. Thank You!!! More
