I have a 21 Ford Explorer that is 3 months old with 1274 miles It quit changing gears and accelerating then it would not turn on. It was towed to the Ford service department 8 days ago and has been parked miles It quit changing gears and accelerating then it would not turn on. It was towed to the Ford service department 8 days ago and has been parked in a muddy lot about a half mile away. They are just now starting to look at it. We have been told stories about it all week long. They are doing nothing and in no rush to fix it They are terrible and I will never buy another Ford vehicle!!!! More
Impossible to get ahold of anyone at the dealership. I purchased a vehicle on Saturday and gave them a check from my lender. They wanted me to take care of all the dmv title and registration since I was o purchased a vehicle on Saturday and gave them a check from my lender. They wanted me to take care of all the dmv title and registration since I was out of state. They assured me I had everything I needed. I do not have the title or any documentation that would allow me to register it and I cannot get ahold of anyone to talk to about it. Also the truck was not inspected whatsoever. I got home and was looking over it and found missing transmission mounting bolts, other barley finger tight, 4wd system issues, front and rear backup camera malfunctioning, along with other issues. The salesman also knew I was flying in and did not disclose there was clear coat paint issues on the vehicle before arriving either. I was also misled about the appearance protection package. I tried to cancel this after I read the fine print but they stated it was non-cancelable because it is something they apply to it. There was maybe 5 min between purchasing this and leaving the dealership so they did NOT apply anything to this vehicle. Absolute scam. HORRIBLE dealership. I have spoke to them and asked for someone to call me back about these issues and have got zero response. I also left a message with the GM with no response either. And please do not respond with the same "please contact us for a resolution". The GM, finance manager, as well as salesman all have my number and can contact me as I have requested. More

Had to wait two weeks to take delivery of used vehicle I purchased because they were waiting on a oil & air filter to arrive to complete their pre delivery inspection with a Autonation dodge dealership 1/ I purchased because they were waiting on a oil & air filter to arrive to complete their pre delivery inspection with a Autonation dodge dealership 1/2 mile down the road that had the parts in stock. Employee took the only jack in the truck out which the salesman & I had to hunt down in case I had a flat on the way home. Never did locate the packet with the lug wrench and spare tire release rods. The truck had a door molding lose when I test drove it. No big deal I thought. I would be able to glue it back. Showed up to pick the truck up and the molding had been pulled off. At least they still had it. Tracked it down in make ready & got it back to save me from buying a new one. This was the 2nd truck I picked out. The 1st one I returned within their 5 day no questions asked policy due to issues my mechanic found the day after I got it home. When I ran an OBD test on the 2nd truck it had a few minor repairs, EGR valve/O2 sensor, no big deal. I showed the salesman standing behind me. He said that was historical data… I was running a live data test!! He said if I didn’t take this one I’d be taking an Uber home !! I told him, “I’ll be taking an under home with a big fat check in my pocket”( equity from trade ). Never heard Uber mentioned again. They did give me a loaner vehicle that I had to return after 7 days & put me in another one for the last 7 days. So that was appreciated. More
I think some associate do not know their job or better still are indifferent about the need of customers. I had to leave this ford dealership to another Ford dealership to get same service same day and at still are indifferent about the need of customers.
