Our salesman Issac was awesome. He did an amazing job of making sure we got the best deal wether it was with out bank or financing with FORD. Also the finance manager Al was awesome as well. The reservation and check in process was excellent. The text system was convenient, but the actual “it’s done” notice was vague. I just wish the actual mechanic would have talked to me about the issue because I am curious about why this problem happened and if it will happen again. More
