Trying to get my new (bought in April '23) Ford F-150 Hybrid Platinum in for repair is a joke! Getting someone to answer a phone call is like pulling teeth, so I schedule an "appointment" online. When I get to the dealership at my appointed day and time, they have no record of it! I find the service group neither helpful or informed on their product. I have a running board (1) that will not retract, it just stays out, but they can't even look at it for three days; meanwhile I'm without a vehicle because they don't give out a loaner until they diagnose the problem and determine it's warrantable. I can't be without a car for three days! So, here I am driving a new truck with one running board stuck in the out position! More

My car is working very well right now but it has been only three days since the work was done and it worrks just fine. Thanks. I am also thankful for the mgmt., Randy's supervisor, who was a deciding factor on resolving one of the issues and making the right decision. I have one more recall that Ford has not received the parts yet but when you receive them, you bet I will be bringing my car there. More
