Horrible experience, went in due to ONE cylinder having a misfire, I check my codes, confirm cylinder 2 is misfiring, tech then claims I need 6 coils and 6 spark plugs and oxygen sensors replaced, and shows misfire, I check my codes, confirm cylinder 2 is misfiring, tech then claims I need 6 coils and 6 spark plugs and oxygen sensors replaced, and shows me on his computer that I indeed only have one misfire, quotes me nearly $4k dollars, I tell him I have a warranty, the shady man makes request for everything he says I need warranty denies claim and nothing gets fixed, on top of that they kept my truck for over a month. What is wrong with these people? More

I had my Explorer's battery replaced, and they did a fantastic job of completing this in a timely manner. The cost was the same as an auto parts store, and I was very thankful for that too. I had favorable comments regarding this dealership but my last service was a game changer for the worse. After having new rear brakes placed I noticed after four days that I had only one wheel lug on one of last service was a game changer for the worse. After having new rear brakes placed I noticed after four days that I had only one wheel lug on one of the rear wheels. I lost five lugs and two are sheered off. Obviously the repairman did not tighten the lugs. If I had not noticed this a very bad accident could have occurred More
