Always the guy who help me is telling me that the time fir the service is to long. Once he told me 2 or 3 DAYS for a recall notice; He doesn’t have a loner vehicle for recalls (he said) I have ti rent a c fir the service is to long. Once he told me 2 or 3 DAYS for a recall notice; He doesn’t have a loner vehicle for recalls (he said) I have ti rent a car, and the same day he text me letting me know the car was ready. Other time I call to do the state inspection and they told me the waiting time between 3 and 4 hours, I did it in other place, it took 15 minutes, and Yesterday I brought my car to oil change, I had an appointment early in the morning, the same guy told me that it was going to take between 2 and 4 hours… again? So I decide to have and Uber and go home, 45 minutes later, text message.. it is ready. I can not understand why they need to do that, but it is not a good thing. Sorry guys you have you improve this from your representative. More

Sales man Jerry Simmons was great, however the finance part of my visit wasn’t as great, finance person was very persistent and did not know what the word no….!!! meant…had to ask him to please stop after part of my visit wasn’t as great, finance person was very persistent and did not know what the word no….!!! meant…had to ask him to please stop after he kept trying to sell me the extended warranty on new truck I felt pressured to buy Warranty.
