Everyone was very nice and helpful. Michael Munevar let us test drive a MachE that someone decided they no longer wanted. Crazy right?? We loved it, we got a fair trade in price on my truck and now I have us test drive a MachE that someone decided they no longer wanted. Crazy right?? Had brake recall work done on our Ford Edge. Work was done promptly but brakes squeal now. If brake pads needed to be replaced wouldn’t the mechanic have advised us? We are a one vehicle couple. It’s not convenient to have the one vehicle in the shop with no transportation to and from the dealership and we were told. I loaners were not available. More
