I ordered an F-150 in 2021. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from AutoNation. The build and delivery of the F-150 was delayed by the chip shortage and I ended up getting a 2022 model at no addit have purchased from AutoNation. The build and delivery of the F-150 was delayed by the chip shortage and I ended up getting a 2022 model at no additional charge due to the excessive wait time. Ryan Davis in Internet Sales did an outstanding job of assisting with my order, representing me with Ford and keeping me informed of progress at every step of the way. Ryan went above and beyond in delivering outstanding customer service and I could not have been more pleased when I finally took delivery of my new F-150 last week. It was well worth the wait. Dustin Curry also did an outstanding job of helping us through the financing and title transfer process. He was extremely knowledgeable concerning warranty and service options and was very professional in guiding us through the process. In the Autogear department we received excellent customer service from Eugene Bryant and Steve. They answered all our questions and Steve provided an excellent demonstration of the Ford Bed Cover they installed. In summary, the AutoNation employees I dealt with did a fantastic job and I could not be more pleased with the service I have received. More
