Once I signed on the vehicle (5/3), this dealership was done communicating with me. They had to keep the vehicle a week for some modifications they required before handing it over to me. I had to follow up with them, because they did not contact me, to see if it was even ready. A week later (5/9) I picked it up. It had a half a tank gas and sticker residue on the windows. Clearly it hadn't even been washed. It only had 1 key fab, but I was told they were waiting for the second. Upon leaving I took it immediately to a car wash and when drying it off I noticed a scratch and some pealing in the "ceramic" tint that was on the car. This was a 2024 Mustang. Ceramic or not, the tint should not have been peeling. I immediately called my salesperson and asked about the warranty on the tint and was told he would get back to me. Not waiting for a response, I put everything in an email and sent it for documentation (Still 5/9). Another week goes by and no response from the dealership. Emailed a manager who responded with 2 other managers names and that he had forwarded my concerns (5/16). Waited through the weekend and halfway into the following week. Still nothing from anyone at the dealership. Called and let messages for all 3 managers (5/21). Emailed the original manager that did respond along with one of the other managers and received no response from either of them (5/23). At this point, do I just cut my losses, pick up my plates, and never go back to this dealership again? This was the 4th vehicle I had purchased from them, and it will definitely be the last. More

Purchased ford preowned truck with faulty leaking suspension shocks, considered normal wear and tear by this ford used car manager ML, and also others behind the desk. Took 10+ days to deliver my vehicle from point of sale to me with negative effort in communication, a/c went out on day one, and was replaced holding vehicle longer for repairs. Sent formal letter and valid inspection report with photos and signatures via email when manager was not found in person and no response or callback received. Called after several days and was told the costs were going to be my own and not covered by autonation ford Katy. Requested to communicate with the general manager and used manager said he would not even respond or agree if I were able to contact GM, which no contact information was provided for remedy to this problem. I remained patient from the beginning of the sale process and saw the manipulation and taking advantage of leniency given. A formal report would be made to the DMV at this point for negligence, dishonor, bad business. More
