Excellent Customer Service Allen Zimmerman was recommended to me by a friend as the person to purchase a car from and I'm glad I did so. Dealing with him was the most enjoyable shopping experience ever, anywhere. We weren't so impressed with a few other things in the dealer but he made it so much fun. He was very professional, very respectful and we feel we got a very fair deal. He even made our children so quiet and comfortable he should think about being a professional babysitter :)Alan made us comfortable after we weren't happy with another manager and another salesman talked to us first that we didn't like so we stayed there and ended up buying a car and we are more than happy we did. Tell him we also will keep our word when we swore to give him a perfect survey. He swore us in to it like being made a sheriff in the old days. We would have never gave the other manager or salesman a good survey. One was a real jerk.We 100% recommend Alan for buying a car and we have to be honest and let you know his personality more than took over for the list of questions we had that turned out to be so funny as he couldn't answer almost any one of them but did get back to us on everyone before we left. Thank you ALANATION :)We and our children love you ? More

Great Truck - Poor Dealership Well where to begin. I believe I got a good deal on a certified pre-owned F-150. However, the sales staff was horrible. I specifically ask, do you Well where to begin. I believe I got a good deal on a certified pre-owned F-150. However, the sales staff was horrible. I specifically ask, do you have the door code, electronic locks, oh yes we have it. Got home, no code, stated had to come back to dealership, which is almost 2 hours away, to reset the code. Get to the dealership, oh no, you have to do this and we need the original specific key. Also, you can do this from home. How I am pissed after wasting 2 hours and still no code. Second, during the purchase process, took over 5 hours. Unbelievable, was about to just leave the place but liked the truck. Third, spoke with the GM about the poor service, communication and slow as xxxx staff, he stated, I understand and I will give you four free oil changes at any Automation. great, well go to the one in Delray, nothing on record. They are cheats, liars and well plan stupid. Do not know the vehicles they are selling and will tell the customer anything to make the deal. Stay away. More
AutoNation dealerships are the worst place to shop The first time I came in for a simple dead battery to be replaced under warranty, Diana, the fleet service writer, forgot about the 2013 Ford Edge all The first time I came in for a simple dead battery to be replaced under warranty, Diana, the fleet service writer, forgot about the 2013 Ford Edge all day long. She asked me to come back. I was leaving town! I had to use the Edge to get my errands done before I left town and I took the vehicle. I knew when I would return, I would have another dead battery. I asked her to pick up the vehicle and fix it while I was out of town and she refused. Really? I had to call Ford's toll free number and they had it towed back to AutoNation Ford Fort Lauderdale to have it fixed. The service department is a joke. Then I had to get a ride there to pick it up! Then, the same vehicle had the windshield damaged by an unknown object. It could have been a palm frond. The windshield was damaged so bad it was not able to be driven; and it was about to rain in South Florida, possibly ruining the vehicle worse. GEICO's glass guy could not do it for a few days so I asked GEICO to tow the vehicle to AutoNation Ford Fort Lauderdale to have the glass replaced. Florida is one of the states that does not have a deductible on windshield replacement if you have comprehensive coverage. All I wanted done was to have the windshield replaced and I would be on my way and turn the leased Edge in to Ford Credit very shortly after that time. So what does AutoNation Ford Fort Lauderdale do? They begin replacing parts, tearing the dash apart without my permission! I told them "Just replace the windshield. Leave everything else alone" So now I have to fight them for a $1000 refund because they charged me for a bunch of bogus parts and labor that I didn't authorize. My bill should have been zero! Please don't go there. You will not enjoy the experience. I had a similar crummy experience at their Chevrolet sales department across the street in sales. What a bunch of losers! I will never patronize an AutoNation store. I have learned my lesson. More

bad experice I bought a Acura TSX 2005 with Auto Nation on 7/3/2014. I did the test drive and find some problems with the car. And so I asked them to fix it. I bought a Acura TSX 2005 with Auto Nation on 7/3/2014. I did the test drive and find some problems with the car. And so I asked them to fix it. The salesman Justin Cohen, said that they would do everything to make me happy, and he told me to bring the car back the following week to fix it. The problems were: . Fuel injection ( the light is on) . 2 bad tires . Leaking in the radiator . Aligment problems and vibration On 7/7/2014 I left the car there to do the repairs. They change the tires, fixed the windshield. But the light from the fuel injection still goes ON and OFF, the car still has aligment problems and still vibrates. They asked me to leave the car there again on 7/18/2014 to check the fuel injection and to check vibration problems. But the light from fuel injection still goes ON and OFF, the car still has aligment problems and the car still vibrates. But they said that everything is ok. On 7/25/2014 I took the car to 2 mechanics to check, and they said that the vibration problems are the axles that need to be changed and about the fuel injection some part attached to the engine needs to be changed. On 7/30/2014 I took the car there and spoke to Bob, the manager, and he said that they were going to fix it. I left the car there in the afternoon. On 8/1/2014 I got a message from Justin to pick up the car, that they ordered the parts, and they would call me as soon as they got the parts. 8/19/2014 after 2 weeks exchange messages with Justin, I took the car to be fixed again. 8/21/2014 Justin sent a msg saying that the car has no problems and they would not fix the car. I had to leave my house in Hollywood to Fort Lauderdale 5 times loosing time and money for nothing. Then I said to him that if they don't fix the car like they promissed in the beginning, then I want to cancel the deal and want my money back. More

Junior Moreau from Autonation Ford Ft Lauderdale will tell you he has repaired an item when in fact he has not, then try to deliver your vehicle. Specifically my truck was struck in the rear which resulted in the Pick Up bed sitting crooked on the frame. The insurance estimate clearly stated and paid for the box to be realigned. Junior Moreau chose to tell me that the box was repaired. When I went to pick up the truck it was clear that the Pick Up bed was not touched yet it was paid for. There was also a paint issue where I had asked Junior that the paint be done to a specific standard. Again Liberty Mutual Insurance estimated and paid for these changes/requests. Again Junior Moreau chose to take a short cut and perform the less expensive repair. To add insult to injury Junior Moreau not only charged for the more expensive repair which was not done Mr Moreau also charged the less expensive repair as well. Autonation Ford was paid by my insurance twice for the same repair. This is Junior Moreau's idea creative billing. When I finally confronted Junior Moreau with his deceptions his answer was to threaten me with violence. Great place to do business if they can't get jour money honestly they threaten you with bodily harm till they get it.......good luck Junior Moreau and Autonation Ford. 5 months after reporting this incident to management they did nothing....Junior Moreau is still at Autonation Ford Ft Lauderdale happily stealing from unsuspecting customers as of Octtober 2013. I have documents and proof this is not just a story or a customers "miss-perception" as Autonation General Manager likes to characterize it. Acts of violence on any individual are not "miss-perceptions". "Bullying" is a very real issue and apparently an acceptable atmosphere at this establishment. Good luck with Auto Nation Ford Ft Lauderdale you will need it. Not Great Choices. An update as of today's service visit is that now Autonation Ford Ft Lauderdale is requesting hundreds of dollars in repair's for something they again miss-diagnosed from a previous collision repair totaling over $10,000.00. I had the most tremendous buying experience with Melissa Gore and Colin Graham. Recently, I mentioned to melissa that I was in the market for a mustang. She suggested all the appropriate channels for me to Gore and Colin Graham. Recently, I mentioned to melissa that I was in the market for a mustang. She suggested all the appropriate channels for me to find the exact one I wanted. Through your vast network of vehicles I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. What I found was a 2012 Ford Mustang GT with the 5.0 engine. This vehicle was exactly what I had been searching for and only had 4700 miles on it! I then found out it was in Texas. Melissa did not miss a beat and assured me that this vehicle could be moved for a great value since it was absolutely the exact one I wanted. She secured the car and had it here within a week. (She wanted to meet my birthday deadline I had set for her) Not only that but she handeled my paperwork and credit process with expert precision. I have purchased two vehicles in the past and it was never this pleasant. I also would like to point out that your dealership showed me world class from allowing me to test drive an identical vehicle to the pick up process. Colin was my dealer contact and he had arranged for my car to be freshly detailed with a bow and baloons on it. He had found out it was my birthday and had taken extra steps to make this even greater!! For five years I worked for Enterprise rent a car here in south florida and because of that I have worked very closely with the dealerships from west palm beach to key west and I have never seen this level of service at any other dealer. This is something that is special these days and I thank you and your team for providing such a great buying experience for me. Often times people send emails to complain and don't take the time to send the success stories. I am a very satisfied customer and I'm proud to be a customer of your dealership. More
