I was able to look at the available cars, choose the car, test drive the car, define all the details of the purchase, insure it and leave the dealership, driving the car the same day, after few hours. Comparing the assistance of Mr. Camargo with other dealers i had to deal with in the past (several purchased or leased cars), this was the simpler, easier and faster deal i made (about 10 cars in a period of thirty years!) Great price on a very clean car - pleasant purchase. Stopped in on my way home to check out a certified used 2011 Ford Explorer XLT 4X4 - Salesman Allan Zimmerman was great and very helpful, but knew lit Stopped in on my way home to check out a certified used 2011 Ford Explorer XLT 4X4 - Salesman Allan Zimmerman was great and very helpful, but knew little about the car - fortunately I did, we came up with a deal - sales manager was not very helpful, very little room for negotiation - but the car was priced well already. Eventually settled on what I thought was a good deal - then had to wait 1.5-2hours for the finance dept - no idea why as the place was empty the night before thanksgiving! Finally got into finance - Scott was very pleasant, even after trying to sell me every option in the book, finally agreed to buy a warranty, only to find out that it was wrong in the computer and ended up costing me twice as much as originally quoted, I think I may have been overcharged on the warranty, but increase in payment was not too bad.. Left with a new/used SUV happy so far, couple of minor issues that hopefully they will fix. More

They gave me the General Managers direct number and here's how it went from that point forward... I just purchased a new 2016 Mustang GT here and it was an awesome experience! I had some reservations in trusting car dealerships & salespeople due to some unfortunate past experiences. but these guys definitely put it all to rest...great people here! The General Manager (Michael Devan - great guy) put me in touch with one of their best salespeople (Will Kloman) and I can't say enough about this guy - nice, patient, knowledgeable, etc. And at the very end while in the financing office, another guy by the name of Aaron Claiborne was able to get me an even better rate than I thought possible! All in all, great experience, great car, great price...definitely recommend :) More
