Heidi is my service contact at the North Columbus location. Communication is horrible. My 2020 Jeep Wrangler that I bought from AutoNation has been in the shop since June 28th. I have to initiate location. Communication is horrible. My 2020 Jeep Wrangler that I bought from AutoNation has been in the shop since June 28th. I have to initiate communication by phone or going to the dealership to find out the status of my Jeep. The “ part” was ordered in July but they can’t tell me where or when the part will arrive. WTH. Pleasantly surprised with timeliness of service completion. This was my first time working with service advisor Robert Bean. Robert was very courteous and he called me as soon as the software updat completion. This was my first time working with service advisor Robert Bean. Robert was very courteous and he called me as soon as the software update recall and 4 wheel alignment was completed on my Diamond Black Crystal Pearl 2021 Ram Limited Longhorn, nickname Lexhorn because it's so luxurious. Kenny in the parts department is always a 5 star representative but I didn't need his services during my 8/3/2023 visit. The facility is under construction and I hope that the service waiting area will get a facelift with maybe some customer amenities. More
