SHELBY WAS GREAT AND KEPT ME UP TO DATE WITH WHAT WAS GOING ON. MY APPOINTMENT WAS FOR A RECALL AND WAS SCHEDULED FOR MONDAY 07-28-25 AND WE DROPPED IT OFF JUST BECAUSE WE WERE GOING TO BE BUSY ON 07-25-25. THEY HAD IT READY BY THE END OF THE BUSINESS DAY THAT DAY.
