I made an appointment for several service issues, some slightly more important than others, however I mentioned all things needed prior to going. On the day of service, the only taken care of was an oil c slightly more important than others, however I mentioned all things needed prior to going. On the day of service, the only taken care of was an oil change. None of the other issues had been addressed that day. I left the vehicle overnight, even though that wasn’t my intention, in the hopes they could at least check the vehicle and give me an estimate on the other work needed at the very least. One the second day the vehicle sat there the entire day without even being looked at. At that point I made the decision to pick up the vehicle at which time I was finally told that it would take 24-48 hours before a technician could even take a look at it. I understand them being busy, but here are my biggest questions: 1) why wasn’t I told this from the start? 2) what’s the point of scheduling an appointment if the things I need taking care of aren’t being addressed? More
