I scheduled an appointment for an oil change. My appointment was for the next day in which I was very happy about. I was asked was I going to drop off, or stay and wait. I gave them an alternate phone number. Well I never received a call at either of the phone numbers. The shop was closed. I went to pick up my car the next morning. Upon paying I was told over $100.00 I said for what. I was already upset. Then given a 20% discount which it was still higher than what I usually pay. I go to get in my car and start it. Both of my taillights are saying it needs to be fixed. My car is shaking. I go back in to tell the person I just paid. He comes out and gives me some reply in which made no sense to me at this time. Clearly all of it resulted in before I received my car back the technician should have fixed it and reset the computer in my car. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied. Still to this day no one seemed concerned or apologetic about the situation. The phone call never came but this survey did. More
