We ordered a 2022 Jeep Dec 10, 2021 and was told delivery's on special orders was running on average of 72-80 days. The Jeep was ordered for my Daughters birthday which was February 21, 2022. I left delivery's on special orders was running on average of 72-80 days. The Jeep was ordered for my Daughters birthday which was February 21, 2022. I left a $2000 dollar deposit. I called the dealership back Dec 17 to confirm the order was placed as my check had not cleared. The check finally cleared Dec 21, 2021. No communication took place from Dec 17-Feb 1. Begging, Feb 1, I placed calls to dealership. No call was returned. Ultimately i made an on-line inquiry and received an online sales person who help me find the status of the vehicle. I have a lot more to say, though i will stop at this point and end with the the vehicle showed up 30 days late. More
