Erik was professional and courteous, clearly communicating the services to be provided, the estimated cost and the time frame within wh expectations. He promptly notified me upon completion of services, made it easy for me to set up payment online and offered assistance in transport if necessary. Brought my 2012 Chrysler Town & Country in for repair on 3-21-2022 did not get it back until 5-12-2022. AutoNation could not get the part. They were told that the van would be fixed around 5-2-2022 but they 3-21-2022 did not get it back until 5-12-2022. AutoNation could not get the part. They were told that the van would be fixed around 5-2-2022 but they did not get the part. They then told us the date would be in July. We are retired & have only the one car & were having to borrow a car to drive. This was very unacceptable, this was to long to be without a car. I contacted Kevin on May 9 & ask him to please do something, he said he would try. Received a call that afternoon that he had found a solution, a after market part could be used. I ask if it would be covered under warrnty, had they used this part before, & did it work. The answer was yes to all. I told Kevin to do the repair,. 5-11 I received a call from Kevin the van was ready. We picked up the van on 5-12. I had told Kevin I knew it wasn't his fault but AutoNation should have provided us with a car to drive since it took so long for our van repairs. This is the only problem I have with AutoNation. As I said we are retired & on limited income & could not afford to rent a car, this was a very inconvient problem. The van is running great now & was cleaned before we picked it up, glad we have back.. . More
Had a repair that wasn't really completed. Returned to have it fixed and was charged. Also, dents on back of vehicle that weren't there prior to drop off. I decided not to say anything and thank goodness bc I had to return the next week plus it already had a few,but I know my dents. I plan to get rid of it but noone said anything. No rental both times i received service. And each time vehicle stayed at least two weeks. More

His knowledge, sincere interest in my wants and needs Bryan was extremely patient and I never felt pressured to make a decision. Most importantly, he remained professional during the whole process! He seems like he knows the car business inside and out. The buying process of my SUV took no time. The best part is Bryan asked questions to see if there was anything else I was interested in and kept me well informed along the way about timing and next steps, which only made the buying experience even more enjoyable. Bryan was great to work with and really went above and beyond to secure the desired vehicle and ensure top quality.. It was a pleasure working with him and I would highly recommend him if you are considering buying a automobile. As for the financial part of it, the first Financial consultant I encountered was very rude!!!! I chose not to finance my vehicle through them. I chose to finance through my credit union and he treated me like crap since he couldn’t make any money off of the sale. Just know “ Rudeness is the weak person's imitation of strength.” The second Financial guy was very professional and was very apologetic about how his colleague treated me. He was very pleasant and also went over everything to make sure that the paper work was correct. More
