Started out strange when the female service advisor think her name was Mary C, says she didnt see my appointment??? Had to show her the at least 4 emailed reminders about my scheduled oil change for 830am. S her name was Mary C, says she didnt see my appointment??? Ok great i have one, which was overall GREAT experience less than a 2 hr. wait. John S. came out and went over what my concerns were no problem told him i will be waiting after maybe 1 hr and 30 minutes noticed my vehicle being brought up and ready but they parked it on the lot??? so found John an asked whats the wait for im right here he claims he had to do the paperwork and it shows the next service recommended should be around 1100.00$ for service on vehicle that should have less than 40000 on next oil change?? WOW talked to my normal service advisor Kevin H. he says he does a different job now, would be great to have him back but its out of his hands, Overall the best experience was the wait time it a lot quicker than normal, More

I took my Nissan in for service check up and oil change. I made an appointment before I went. The atmosphere was pleasant and the staff was friendly. Reserved our pickup online and drove down from Dallas to pick it up. Our sales rep Araka was great to deal with and made the transaction very smooth. The only issue we had was with the timeliness of complet pick it up. Our sales rep Araka was great to deal with and made the transaction very smooth. We were able to complete everything with the bank online literally within minutes and walk out the door with a cashiers check for the purchase. Even with a cashiers check for the purchase price it still took us three hours to walk out the door with the keys. Once we got into finance Willie did a great job for us. I don't believe it was the fault of any one person but how physical car dealerships still transact business. We should have been able to complete everything online and then hand someone a check and walk out the door. More

Guy and girl sitting in there told me we can’t help you. There was not one other vehicle there but mine. Guess the just didn’t feel like getting up. They never have loaner vehicles. I had to wait a month to get one. When I got my truck back my hands free didn’t work and some one had programmed there photo my truck! Not happy More
