Made an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, and an oil leak under my truck @ 8AM. Service Manager was polit and nice. Was confused why it took all day, texted for an update around 11 AM with no res an oil leak under my truck @ 8AM. Service Manager was polit and nice. Final heard from him, state oil leak was from the oil filter from the oil change I had done prior at the same service center. This was with no apology or retribution. Paid full cost of repairs with no discount, stated come see me next time. Maybe there won't be a next time. More

Previous cuts in the leather that were made by a dealership technician was fixed by them just spray painting it and saying that it was fixed.
