Cesar and Will answered all of my questions and/or concerns. It was a pleasant purchasing experience. No back and forth as the price you see is the price you pay. The only cost that I thought was excessive was the vehicle inventory tax. The vehicle wasn’t even on the lot and I was charged over $130 but I guess it is what it is. I didn’t see this VIT charge until in the finance office. So kind of unexpected as I wasn’t aware of it. But, all and all, a good experience. More

He added Mopar vehicle protection (roadside assistance) for $150 and told me it was Mopar vehicle protection in case the car breaks down and 4 oil changes for $240 without my permission (why would someone finance oil changes)! Went in and asked is about it and he said “everyone has to get it” and asked for it to be removed and was told it would be done (LIES) didn’t want to give me paperwork stating that it’s being removed. If u decide to buy a car here read line “N” to see what other stuff they try to sneak in, and also if they try to give u “nacho” decline don’t do business with someone that’s shady! More

If I could rate this dealership no stars I would. I took my truck in for a warrenty repair to be done and it was wreck by another vehicle while parked in the service parking. I tried calling, emailin I took my truck in for a warrenty repair to be done and it was wreck by another vehicle while parked in the service parking. I tried calling, emailing and got no response of the status to fix my vehicle. The only way I would have communication is if I came to the dealership and talk to someone face to face. My truck sat for 1 month untouched after the wreck, and after multiple attempts at getting nothing done and no answers, I got my vehicle picked up and moved to another dodge dealership to get repairs done. The service center never answers the phone no matter what time of day you call. I was promise the footage of the accident to provide to insurance but was never sent the footage. Do not use this dealership if you value your car, they do not provide service or will not have common decency to update you if accidents happen. More
