Our sales person was fantastic. The finance manager was incredibly unpleasant. We came in with our financing prearranged, so I saw no reason for him to behave as an antagonist, but The finance manager was incredibly unpleasant. We came in with our financing prearranged, so I saw no reason for him to behave as an antagonist, but he did. It’s odd when you are simply trying to give someone money and they treat you as subservient. I don’t expect praise, but kindness would have been appreciated. If not for that interaction, I would absolutely buy from Autonation again, but because of that experience, my loyalty has not been gained. More
