My parents ongoing experience with this dealership since last year... I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding the ongoing delays, lack of communication, and inferior quality of work relate last year... I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding the ongoing delays, lack of communication, and inferior quality of work related to the repairs of my 2023 Ram 2500 which is currently still in your shop. On May 27th, 2023, my husband and I purchased our 2023 Ram 2500. On June 8th, 2024, the vehicle was stolen, later recovered, and subsequently delivered to your facility, Autonation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Spring, where it has been in your possession since June 19th, 2024. Throughout this period, I have experienced considerable difficulty with the service department. It took more than five months for parts to be ordered and for work to commence, during which time I had to repeatedly reach out myself due to the poor communication from Fred, your service advisor. I was unable to see the progress of my vehicle until February 26th, three months after I requested to see it in November. Additionally, I was informed in April that a State Farm Agent had to personally visit the dealership to confirm the required supplements were submitted due to the service department’s incompetence. Having no familiarity with how things work at the dealerships, I reached out to my son-in-law, a New Car Manager in Grand Prairie Texas for assistance in communicating with you all. It took him reaching out to the Service Director Marcus and the Service Drive Manager Aaron, on my behalf to finally get actual answers for the status and work timeline of my vehicle. On three separate occasions, I was told that my truck was ready, only to arrive and find that it was not. Over the past year, I have used two rental cars and five to six loaner cars, which I appreciate. However, this does not mitigate the financial losses my husband has incurred from missed work contracts, nor the significant disruption to our lifestyle. We have not been able to move our travel trailer for repairs after storm damage because we lack a vehicle, forcing us to pay for transport or wait until transport services become available. From October 2024 to February 2025, we incurred significant out of pocket expenses such as hotel stays due to not having anywhere to live because we did not have our truck to move our travel trailer. We have paid the monthly note for a total of $15,300 the whole year, plus $3,000 for the insurance, without the ability to use it to pull our trailer preventing us from being able to vacation as usual since we also cannot move our jet skis or kayaks. Not having our vehicle, as you can see, has greatly disrupted our lives. On June 17th, Aaron waived the $500 deductible due to the time frame. On July 1st, Aaron mentioned that Marcus was to contact the General Sales Manager to coordinate with the sales team to work on a trade out offer in consideration of the wait time and concerns that have occurred, but as of July 17th, there has been no follow-up. There appears to be ongoing communication challenges between management and the sales and service staff at this location. At this point we are seeking a resolution that will allow us to return to our normal routines. More

Overall we are pleased with the purchase that we made from AutoNation there in Spring, TX. our sales associate Hector did an awesome job. I do feel that the complete sales process took quite a bit long from AutoNation there in Spring, TX. our sales associate Hector did an awesome job. I do feel that the complete sales process took quite a bit longer than it should have as me and the wife were there for over 4 1/2 hours before departing with our new truck. Also, there was some dispute with what was advertised on the AutoNation website with "Incentives" and what we actually received. End state from this was we came to a compromised and made a deal and we purchased the truck. More
Over all the service was good, for now. I have to come back for warranty work due to no loner vehicles being available. SO I will wait to rate that experience. Ethan seems to be a newer ad I have to come back for warranty work due to no loner vehicles being available. SO I will wait to rate that experience. Ethan seems to be a newer advisor. He was professional, patient, and polite. He worked hard to keep me informed about the status of my vehicle. Thanks Ethan. More
I was told to contact the GM of this dealership in a reply to a review I left. I tried both numbers and finally got through only to be sent to voicemail and no return call yet.
