Worst service department I have ever been to. The staff is rude and demostrates zero concern for your troubles though out the entire process, from the time you arrive to the time you leave. This service facility vever answer the phone, regarless of who you ask for. I called the dealer and ask for the service department for weeks and not a single call was answered. None of their appointment method works, forcing you to take the vehicle to then and drop it off. First thing they say is that it will take them 1 to 4 days to diagnose the vehicle. And no loaner available. Leaving you to find your own transportation for at least 4 days. I had to rent a car out of packet for a week. Since they said it will take 1 to 4 business day to inspect the vehicle. Communication is bad, I did not heard anything until the 5th day via text and because I asked for an status. Again zero remorse for customers or interest to help. The text reply are like a puzzle. I kept getting pieces of information and had to keep asking for an answer. It would take me a book to write how bad this service detp. made me feel. Avoid it if you can. Car was fix under power train warranty and my rental cost was refunded. But the process was a nightmare. After the fifth time leaving my only car at your dealership with no resolution, I would like to have you remove them and return m board did not work. It is absurd that I’ve had to come back five times for the same issue without any resolution. If a resolution can’t be reached with your dealership I will be forced to take this to the corporate offices. More
